- Have a University Degree or Higher National Diploman in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, and other related field of study.
- Have a Possession of an advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Public Health, and other related field of study will give an added advantage.
- Have completed National Youth Service Scheme (NYSC)
- Have a minimum of 5 years and maximum of 9 years post NYSC experience
- Possess relevant professional qualifications in their chosen field.
- Have registration with a relevant professional body will give an added advantage
- Must be computer literate and proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite at the minimum.
- Other computer skills will be of added advantage
- Possess relevant industry experience in the non-governmental organization health programming sector.
